LIV is an Independent Liverpool retailer selling fresh, organic produce, health foods and natural, eco home and beauty products. The store also houses a vegetarian and vegan eatery, an Italian section, serving freshly made organic pasta and pizza, a large packaging free section and a juice and smoothie bar.

Enjoy a taste of the countryside here in the city centre. LIV stocks a great range of organic, seasonal fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs.
We also have a large bulk buy, packaging free section where you can stock up dried pulses, fruits, grains spices and more. Simply help yourself to as much as you like from the dispensers or spice bowls, add it to our compostable (or in some cases recyclable) bags and write the corresponding code on the bag. Your products will be weighed and priced at the til.

EATERY
Pick your main then pile your plate with as much as you like from our famed salad bar, in LIV's vegetarian and vegan Eatery, at the front of the store. Soup, sandwiches, a full breakfast menu and an extensive menu of juices and smoothies are also available to eat in or take away in recycled, compostable take-out containers.
We have one of the best selections of plant-based milks that you will find in the city and we cater for all dietary requirements. Simply ask our friendly staff for details of the specials, or for help with anything you need.

At the back of the store you'll find a little slice of Italian heaven, as well as some fairly sizable slices of freshly baked, organic pizza!
La Cassa Della Pasta serves up fresh pasta, handmade on site, with vegetarian, vegan, seafood and meat options to choose from, as well as gluten free dishes.
Right beside our pasta masters, the Amalia Liverpool chefs work their magic, creating fresh pizzas and breads all day long. Breads including sourdough, charcoal and a selection of speciality choices are available to take home from the store, or buy as sandwiches from the Eatery. Pizzas, including lots of vegetarian and vegan options, are available by the slice.
